DAN LINA of ROM-BOYS CLUB

Born Daniel Ardina Lina on the 23rd of December 1989 and grew up in the family of singers. He was taken care of by his loving grandparents.

His talent for music is already innate and discovered it through widow, but was just ‘too’ shy to show it at first.

It was only in his high school that he got persuaded to sing when he joined a duet singing contest during the Sta. Rosa Educational Institution’s Linggo ng Wika. He sang ‘Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang.’

After that stint, he was invited to perform in a musical production called ‘Bodabil’ which was based on Katie Dela Cruz’s life story and he played the role of Peping.

In 2007, he worked as a vocal coach at Center for Pop.

Dan loves the song titled ‘Dahil sa Isang Bulaklak’ which was originally sang by Leopoldo Solis and was used to be the movie score for the film of the same title starring Charito Solis and Ric Rodrigo in 1967.

If he would be acting, he hopes to do drama and take on roles that Piolo Pascual and John Lloyd Cruz are enjoying.

He is a big fan of his lolo, his mom and his uncle-politician Joey Lina.

Apart from singing, he plays keyboards, violin, drums and guitars.

He is an AB Mass Communications major in broadcasting graduate from AMA-Biñan, Laguna.
