After winning the title of "MR. SKIN 2010 held at Studio 56 in Pansol Laguna, Celio is getting ready this summer to attend PETA Summer Acting workshop in preparation for his tv/movie career.
Celio, 20, 5'9" is a first year Electronics student in one of the Universities in Manila.
